Health and Wellness
Health and Wellness is a brilliant group that is facilitated by our Volunteer Peer Mentors. In this group you will review and learn techniques that aim to lay a foundation for good wellbeing. The group also aims to help you in setting achievable goals and finding ways to work towards them. Finally, it incorporates aspects of mindfulness such as visualization techniques and meditation. The group encourages reflection and discussion of our health and wellbeing. It is also a great place to connect with people and to support each other!
Health and Wellness will run outside our normal hours. It will run from 5:30pm until 6:30pm every Wednesday.
