Mindfulness and Yoga
Join Marie for a beginner friendly yoga class at Westway gym!
Wednesdays 3:30pm to 4:45pm
The class will start with half hour of mindfulness and breathing techniques (to help with anxiety, depression and releasing tension) and a short meditation.
45 minutes of Hatha Yoga (which is all about stretching and releasing)
Suitable for all abilities, with chair variations!
