Sleep Hygiene
Join us for our Sleep Hygiene workshop on Thursday 24th June 2021 from 11:30am to 1:45pm. This workshop will focus on:
- Understanding what is meant by sleep hygiene
- The relationship between sleep and mental health
- The importance of good sleep
- How to improve your sleep hygiene
Due to governmental restrictions, this session will not take place face-to-face. Instead, we’ll be running them over a video calling service called Zoom. To use this, you’ll need access to the internet, a webcam, and a microphone. You will not be required to have your webcam or microphone turned on. If you’re unable to access the internet, we have a call in option where you can participate over the phone.
