Below are the workshops that we will be running in 2024.

Please note, workshops will be displayed two months at a time.

Anyone can join, so feel free to sign up to as many workshops as you like!

Workshop Overview

These workshops are primarily focused on mental health and wellbeing. Jedd and Caira, the two Community Links Advisors, are enthusiastic about advancing mental health and wellness for people of all ages and backgrounds. These workshops combine studied material with a conversational approach. Caira and Jedd both come from psychology backgrounds and are therefore passionate about making a difference.

  4. Trauma Part 1 (August 9th on Zoom) Note: This is a 4-Part workshop completed over 4 months.
